Every month, all Active Duty students will have to turn in a travel voucher packet to the S1.  National Guard/Reserve students settle their accounts with their respective units.

Every month you must turn in the following items to your S1:

Cover sheet

Travel Voucher  DD FORM 1351-2, Mar 2000

Copy of Orders

Copy of Lodging Receipt

Make sure you photocopy this packet before turning it in.  The orderly room may lose it all (remember, they're lazy) and you will have to turn in another completed packet.

You should receive your settlement 10-15 days after you turn it in.
