Q. Can I buy cigarettes via mail?
A. Buying cigarettes via mail is legal, as long as it is carried out in accordance with postal regulations and standards.  The contents of the parcel must be stated for the destination country postal and customs authorities.  Our cigarettes are made in America and shipped from the USA - they are sold to you via mail order and thus end up being Tax-Free.

Q. Where are all cigarettes sent from?
A. All of our cigarettes are made in America and shipped from our warehouses in the USA.  Transfer of title to the goods being sold in this order is taking place in the State of Kentucky. Accordingly, as the buyer, you may elect to pick the goods up at the point of sale or direct the seller to ship the goods on your behalf via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipment will be at your sole and exclusive direction and at your sole and exclusive expense.  However, by electing to ship your cigarettes by mail, your purchase is tax-exempt.

Q. Do you deliver by couriers? (e.g.: DHL, UPS, etc.)
A. No. We work only with the regular United States Postal Service to keep costs down.  Sending a package via DHL, Fed Ex, etc. would add an additional $40 or more per package.

Q. How can I track my cigarettes order?
A. You can check your order status and see if your order has been processed and your cigarettes have left our warehouse.  Remember, your order will be processed and shipped out usually the same business day!  After your order is shipped, we send out an e-mail with a tracking # and a link to UPS online tracking!


Q. Are there countries to which you do not deliver?
A. Yes. We deliver to the United States only.  We Deliver to anywhere in the USA.

Q. I bought six cartons of cigarettes 4 days ago and I have just received one carton. Is that normal?
A. Yes because we ship only one parcel at a time.  Therefore, they will not reach the destination together. The time between the first and the last delivery depends on the quantity ordered.
